Plate Cleaner
Often times plates for repeat jobs are stored rather than going through the plate making process again. Restoring a plate to operation often requires a formulated plate cleaner. It help to remove gums used to preserve surface properties. Without the use of this solution the reuse of plates would be a nightmare. Along with cleaners and gum, the product provides excellent lubrication for the plate to help with fast roll ups on press. Plate Cleaner & Preserver is an excellent choice for short term storage of plates for re-use.
Directions for Use
For Metal Plates: For best results make sure that the press is stopped and Shake Well before use. Sheet off excess ink from the plate. Apply the product with a water dampened sponge or cloth. Wipe off with a clean rag. For short term storage, apply as described and buff dry after all ink has been removed from the plate.

Application
- Alkaline Plate Cleaner (pjnt -1)
Alkaline extra strength plate cleaner, it will effectively remove scratches, scum and oxidation marks from the plate, excellent desensitizing properties. It is safe to use on all plates. - For UV and Conventional Inks (pjnt – 2)
Heavy duty plate cleaner, suitable for cleaning UV inks and conventional inks. It contains a unique blend of solvents to quickly lift up ink and effectively clean the plate, excellent scratch removing properties. It is an emulsion type cleaner and contains a large amount of fine abrasive powders to quickly lift up UV inks. - High QUALITY Plate Cleaner (pjnt – 3)
General plate cleaner for use with both positive and negative presensitised aluminum plates. It has a high solvency to rapidly remove ink and scum whilst at the same time desensitizing scratches and improving the hydrophilic properties of the non-image areas. It will provide protection during the short press stops and be used as a started for both new and stored plates. - For Cleaning and Scratch Remove (pgnt – 4)
Economical plate cleaner and scratch remover, it contains a unique blend of solvents to quickly lift up ink and effectively clean the plate. It also has excellent scratch removing properties. It is an emulsion type cleaner and contains no abrasives.
